By using Meowkey ("the Service") you confirm you are at least 13 years old and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Meowkey provides Chinese astrological chart generation and interpretation in the 七政四余 (Qī Zhèng Sì Yú, "Seven Governors and Four Echoes") tradition, available as a mobile application and through any associated website. The Service is offered for cultural and entertainment purposes.
The Service's code, design, branding, and original content belong to us. The birth data you submit and the charts generated for you belong to you; by using the Service you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and display that content as necessary to provide the Service.
The Service relies on third parties (Supabase, Apple, Google, Resend) to operate. Your use of Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google is additionally governed by Apple's and Google's terms. We are not responsible for outages, data loss, or behaviour caused by these third parties beyond our reasonable control.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our cumulative liability arising from or relating to the Service is capped at the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from and against any claims, damages, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, except where applicable consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you a non-waivable right to bring the claim in your local courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

本协议受中国香港特别行政区法律管辖，不适用其法律冲突规则。因本协议或本服务引起或与之相关的争议，应专属由中国香港特别行政区法院解决；您所在国家或地区的消费者保护法律赋予您不可放弃的本地诉讼权利者除外。
我们可能不时更新本协议。重大变更将在应用内通知。变更后继续使用即视为接受。
